Vibrational Therapy Jasmin and Paul undertake to treat individuals utilising the powerful combination of Crystals, Sound, Colours (light) & Magnetics; with aromatics, guided relaxation meditation and energy running (similar to spiritual healing or reiki) Ancient concepts & modern techniques. Using all of these modalities or a combination of some, we aim to treat a person on a holistic level, looking at their individual presenting discomforts & the person as a whole, aiming to positively empower the person & encourage their enhancement of their own well being through the use of non-invasive natural means. We work on the principals of facilitation & channeling, an individual can only heal themself, the therapist is the facilitator for the client to receive the necessary energy-frequency (vibration) to encourage the potential of that healing.
Western Herbal Medicine
Jasmin is our practicing medical herbalist who graduated with a BSc (hons) from Middlesex University and is a member of the National Institute of Medical Herbalists and has been fully CRB checked. Jasmin has a degree from Middlesex University in herbal medicine (phytotherapy), which enables her to work as a medical herbalist. She is also a member of the National Institute of Medical Herbalists. (NIMH first set up in the 1800s they are now a globally recognised professional body representing Medical Herbalists) Western Herbal medicine consists of two primary aspects a traditional system that stems from cultures such as the Ancient Greeks; and integrates western medical training, enabling a medical herbalist to undertake a holistic practice that primarily encompasses the physical, mental as well as the emotional well-being and also to some extent spiritual aspects of a person when managing un-wellness and disease. Herbal medicine uses naturally balanced plant based medicines that come in the form of tinctures, syrups, tablets, capsules, creams, lotions, teas and some other forms. They are relatively easy to take and/or apply and are prepared as totally individual prescriptions for each patient after their consultation. The aim is to treat a person's current health issue with a holistic approach using in-depth consultation techniques and physical examination in combination with a holistic perspective to find the root causes of dis-ease or disease rather than just symptomatic relief of the immediate problem. The form of herbal medicines that are used in this treatment are taken from the whole plant and the constituents are therefore still active and in their natural state of balance.
Western Herbal Medicine a brief introduction
Although herbal medicine itself dates back to many of the ancient civilizations, from the Egyptians to the Mayans and the Greeks, Western herbal medicine as it stands today is derived largely from the ancient Greeks, it is a modality based in careful balance much more a preventative than interventionist medicine though there are some treatments for symptomatic relief. ~~~ Herbal medicine has a very rich and fascinating history, and here in the UK it of course includes influences from some of our more localized historical remedies, however, Western Herbal Medicine included treating the four humors dating back to Hippocrates' time and later one of the most famed English Physician's; Nicholas Culpepper, who worked with all number of herbs as well as other modalities. ~~~ Western herbal medicine today is wholly holistic taking into account an entire patient's state of being rather than one aspect. ~~~ Medical Herbalists work on both the holistic herbal level understanding plants and their uses as part of a way of life as well as studying the human body and physical conditions this gives a very good balance for the practitioner-patient relationship and allows the medical herbalist to both consult, examine and diagnose you in consideration of all of the facts, whilst also being able to prescribe you herbal medicines developed by nature & extracted in purity; to facilitate your body's innate healing abilities. ~~~ Western Herbal Medicines today: naturally evolved, inherently healing, humanly adapted, for their divine purpose
Hynotherapy Paul utilises his training in this well known technique with his understanding of vibrational therapy to help bring about positive changes in a person's state of mind to positively improve their feelings or reaction to a particular aspect of their life with the aim of encouraging and enhancing wellbeing.
